Training Night
Are you ready to practice?? We will be holding our Wednesday night practices starting on August 25, 2010. Practice will be held from 5:30pm-6:30pm at Seven Springs Middle School. Rest up the rest of the summer and be ready to start your training.
Also, please remember that all athletes MUST have a current physical on file before they can participate in any activities.
